APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) are funds paid before the charter to allow the crew to provision the yacht in accordance with your prerequisites and cover any expenses during a charter. All purchased items are at cost, and the captain manages the funds on the Charterer's behalf. Any surplus funds are returned to the Principle Charterer's account.
