Choose from an extensive selection of gourmet canapés, elegant buffet menus, premium seafood experiences, and interactive food stations featuring freshly shucked oysters, sushi and sashimi, charcuterie, artisan cheeses, and more. Each menu showcases high-quality local produce, fresh Australian seafood, premium meats, and chef-crafted desserts, ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest.
